Joint Fundraiser and Silent Auction – Hosted by Nob Hill Indivisible and Common Cause.
The evening will be a fundraiser supporting INH’s Student Empowerment Scholarship Fund & CCNM’s ABQ Democracy Dollars initiative.
The Student Empowerment Scholarships will award $500 to qualifying New Mexico students majoring in journalism, law, or political science, in order to foster civic activism among young voters.
ABQ Democracy Dollars is a community coalition initiative to modernize city elections by creating a citizen-funded voucher system for publicly financed candidates. Learn more at http://www.burquebucks.org
