Action Item: Now it’s time to pick a candidate, contact a campaign and pitch in!

Do you recognize these women? They are among the Democratic candidates running for the US House of Representatives, NM State Senate, NM House of Representatives, and Bernalillo County Commission. And some of them – as well as a few men – you’ll be hearing from soon.

Even in this time of COVID-19, Nasty Women NM is still working to bring you important candidate information. Over the coming weeks, NWNM will be introducing you to multiple candidates across a variety of races utilizing a method that has become much more common during these “physical distancing” times: Virtual Meetings.

So keep and eye out for Slack postings and email alerts – and find some time to do what we do best: Identify, Educate, Engage and Elect – when we elect good candidates, we all benefit.

We’re counting on you: Volunteer for as little as two hours a week and make a huge difference. Whether the candidate is in your Senate District or not – when you pitch in, you are working for all New Mexicans.
